QUESTIONS REGARDING ORDERS
How will I know my order has been submitted to you?
When you order on-line, you will receive an email confirming your order (usually within an hour or so). This email will include your invoice number, address, patterns
ordered, and total cost. If you do not receive this email, you may have either misspelled your email address or your order may not have been successfully processed. Please contact us at Customer Service for more information.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Phone-in Payment, and Mail-in Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and money orders must be in US funds. See our Payments Page for more information.
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship all orders by First Class Mail or Priority Mail, based on the shipping cost and your choice. Every effort is made to ship your order promptly. If something is out of stock, we will ship your complete order as soon as everything is available. If it will take too long, we will notify you and ship your partial order first. You will receive a separate email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please contact us right away.
Why do you ask for my phone number and email address on orders?
Your email address is needed to send you a confirmation of your order. We will only use this information to verify your order and contact you if there are any problems.

What happens with my credit card information?
Our site offers SECURE on-line shopping with the latest technology to make your transactions SAFE. Your credit card information is transmitted through our secure server with the latest SSL encryption. To prevent delays while you shop, the secure mode begins ONLY on the page where you enter your credit card information. This information is not kept on file anywhere, so your
credit card number is safe. This information is never shared with anyone.
What if I am concerned about giving out my credit card information online?
We also offer Paypal, Check and Money Order options if you would prefer to pay without sharing your credit card information. You can also phone in your order, if you prefer not to use your credit card online. When you pay through Paypal online, your credit card information is not shared with us.
Any time that you give out your credit card information over the internet, always be sure that it is transmitted through a secure site. Any time that you are entering a
secure website page you will see the words https:// at the beginning of the address for the page you are on, and you will see a small closed padlock usually found at the bottom of your screen. Transmitting your credit card information this way is actually the safest route. Never submit your credit card information by email unless your email is encrypted. What is your Return Policy on Patterns Ordered?
All the patterns we offer are original designs, so we do not accept returns - all sales are final. Our custom and pre-made crochet hooks, crochet stitch markers, cd-roms and other items are also non-refundable. We understand that sometimes an order may be damaged or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly correct the problem.
Do you have a catalog of your patterns that you can mail me?
Not at the moment.
Our online shop contains all of
our current patterns, crochet hooks, stitch markers, dvds, cd-roms, books and craft supplies that we carry. Visit our Online Shop.

What if I find a mistake in a pattern?
Please visit our Pattern Corrections Page where we will post any corrections and the date they were corrected. If you find any new mistakes, please email us at: Customer Service.
Do you have patterns of Winnie the Pooh, Disney Characters, etc.?
We will never create any pattern, free or otherwise, based on any copyrighted character. Only someone who has specific permission and a licence from the creators of such
characters has the right to create patterns in their likeness. Please see our Copyrights page for more information.
How do I find a specific pattern or pattern book that I'm looking for?
If you are looking for a specific pattern and you know the publisher or designer, please contact the publisher/designer directly for more information as they are the best source to answer your
inquiries. To find information on any publisher, go to a search engine like Yahoo and type in the publisher/designer's name in the search box. To find a specific theme or type of pattern - such as frogs, a search engine is also the best place to try. Type the word "frog patterns" or "frogs in cross stitch", etc. in the search box.
How do I find an out-of-print or hard to find pattern or book?
Try Ebay! Ebay is a good source for craft patterns and you can do specific searches for what you are looking for.
Is there someone I can speak to about a problem or question I have?

questions within 24 hours. This is the easiest and quickest way to get your questions answered.
